Our Client a Steel Erecting contractor currently seek an experienced Coded MMA welder for one of their projects in Winslow, Buckinghamshire.
The work is being carried out on Sunday 6th May and you must be multi positional and have current code that you can provide before attending the job.
Overview:
You will be working with an erection team and be responsible for welding mild steel.
It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and can provide recent work references that demonstrate reliability
Duties:
- Perform welding tasks using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret drawings to understand project specifications
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Experience:
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong understanding of basic mathematics for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of fabricating and assembling metal structures
- Familiarity with Mild Steel
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving
