- Ownership of monthly reporting including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and reports for full MI
- Reviewing and analysing financial information against budget and reporting deviations to plan.
- Ownership of team performance for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and production of management accounts.
- Support in developing financial policies, standards and controls within the business.
- Managing cash flow and working capital within planned levels
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in fixed costs including operational efficiencies
- Ownership of budget, year end and forecasting for area of responsibilities.
- To carry out other duties reasonably requested by the Finance Director which fall within the remit on the role and the capabilities of the post holder.
- Support the Head Office finance team in recurring reports and group reports, as and when required.
- Provision of ad hoc information as required
- 4+ years of senior/management roles within finance
- Experience of working in manufacturing environment
- Strong excel and systems skills
- A qualified accountant with a technically strong accounts background
- Multi-site experience would be beneficial
