Are you a passionate and experienced chef ready to take the lead in a busy, fresh-food kitchen? The Eastham Ferry Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality seasonal dishes while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a head chef or senior kitchen role
Strong leadership skills able to manage, motivate and develop a kitchen team
Creative ability to design and deliver a fresh, seasonal menu
Organised and efficient in creating kitchen rotas
Focused on maintaining targeted food costs and GP margins
Knowledgeable and proactive in ensuring hygiene compliance and top hygiene ratings
Capable of maintaining kitchen paperwork and standards
