We are working with a client in the Retail & Hospitality sector that is operating successfully for a number of years. They are now looking for someonewho can lead and develop the IT Systems department.Day to day:
- Providing 2nd/3rd line IT support by troubleshooting complex issues
- Training end-users on new systems
- Communicating with business stakeholders from other departments
- Experience in1st and 2nd line support
- Experience in Retail / Hospitality or similar sector
- Vendor relationship management
- MS office
- Cloud technologies (Azure)
- Oracle Simphony or OPERA
