Assistant Site Manager

This is a great opportunity to get a 6 month contract as an Assistant Site Manager on a new build residential / apartment social housing scheme.

You will be assisting the no1 Site Manager with the general management of the subcontractors and health and safety on site. As the site progresses you will also be checking houses to ensure they are at the standard for handover.

In order to be considered for the role you must have new build residential experience and have

SMSTS

CSCS

First Aid

Checkable References

You should have excellent communication skills and be self motivated.
