My client is a fantastic, well-established, highly successful, independent Estate Agency based in The Wirral area have an opening for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a market-leading and thriving Estate Agency.

Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (Lieu Day in return)
The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £22,000 - £25,000
- OTE up to £33,000
- A great office/space to work in alongside exceptional staff
- Reward and recognition along with long service awards
- A full clean driving license
To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Previous Sales/Lettings Negotiator experience
- To work as part of a team and individually
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Outgoing, friendly, personable
- Enjoy helping Clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- To build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
- Arranging market appraisals and property viewings
- Obtaining and providing feedback post viewing
- Negotiating offers
- Updating Clients on the marketing of their property
- Verifying buyers ability to proceed before
- confirming sale
- Ensuring relevant legal compliance
