Our client is a successful estate and lettings agent who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. They are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team based on the Wirral.
Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is outgoing, a good communicator and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Above all else, this individual must be passionate about property and providing excellent customer service!
This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives upon working in a fast-moving environment as no two days will be the same!
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for all landlord and tenant queries
- Processing applications, passing all information on to the landlord
- Assist the landlord in preparing the property so it is ready tenants.
- Arrange for relevant references to take place for successful applicants and monitor and speed up the process where possible.
- Preparing tenancy paperwork and keeping offer accepted to move in timings to a minimum
- Ensuring full legislative compliance
- Secure the necessary ID and ownership checks for landlords and tenants
- Successfully put prospective tenants through Right to Rent
- Arrange move ins and correctly invoice landlords.
- Build relationships with landlords and utilise any opportunities to generate business.
- Confidently advise landlords on our protection opportunities that are available and thoroughly explain the benefits
- Have a detailed knowledge of the departments targets and understand your contribution to achieving them.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
Our client is offering a basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 plus a competitive commission structure as well as fantastic opportunities for progression.
Working hours are full-time Monday - Friday
