Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults preferred.
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Location: Wirral, with easy access to public transport links.
