Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a FMCG background or similar and experience using Inventor, looking to join a market leading company who are at the forefront of technologies, with development opportunities and scope to progress?

In this contract role you will be office based, designing a variety of FMCG related products including conveyors, pipe work and sheet metal components. You will work on a variety of projects, assisting junior staff in their development during the process.

The company is at the forefront of their sector, with over 15 years expertise in the field. They are in a period of expansion due to continued success, and are looking to bolster their design team to facilitate growth.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with a background in Food Processing equipment or similar, who is looking for a fixed term contract role.

The Role:

  • Design a variety of equipment within Food Processing industry
  • Design piping and sheet metal components
  • Monday to Friday role

The Person:

  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Food Processing equipment background or similar
  • Experienced in using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
