An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed professional to step into the role of Registered Manager at a well-established children's residential home in Wisbech. With a competitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 75,000, this role is ideal for both experienced Registered Managers and ambitious Deputies ready to step up.

  • 50,000: Suitable for a Deputy Manager ready to progress into a Registered Manager role, with appropriate qualifications and leadership experience.
  • Up to 75,000: For experienced Registered Managers with a proven track record of delivering high standards in children's residential care.

The Role
The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. This position offers the chance to lead a team that supports vulnerable children and young people in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear leadership and direction to a team of residential childcare professionals.
  • Maintain and promote the highest standards of safeguarding, child protection, and compliance.

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete within three years).
