Payroll:
-
Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll.

Manage the pensions and annual leave systems.

Verify timesheets and upload staff rotas.
HR:
-
Support recruitment: advertising, scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee files and contracts in line with legislation.
-
Conduct inductions and return-to-work meetings.
-
Support with disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.

Assist with updating policies and company handbook.
-
Ensure effective HR admin (filing, scanning, etc.).

Promote positive team communication and support HR projects.
-
Payroll experience required; Sage 50 Payroll preferred.

Experience in HR support, with strong knowledge of HR procedures and employment law.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Excellent admin, communication, and time management skills.
