Payroll:

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll.

  • Manage the pensions and annual leave systems.

  • Verify timesheets and upload staff rotas.

HR:

  • Support recruitment: advertising, scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee files and contracts in line with legislation.

  • Conduct inductions and return-to-work meetings.

  • Support with disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.

  • Assist with updating policies and company handbook.

  • Ensure effective HR admin (filing, scanning, etc.).

  • Promote positive team communication and support HR projects.

Requirements
  • Payroll experience required; Sage 50 Payroll preferred.

  • Experience in HR support, with strong knowledge of HR procedures and employment law.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Excellent admin, communication, and time management skills.
