£75,000 - £80,000 basic + bonus + pension + Company car/ allowance
Our client, a well established and reputable supplier of quality products to the electrical wholesaler, DIY and retail sector, is seeking a proven Commercial Director to oversee the running of this £multi-million business with dynamic expansion plans
Acting as the interim MD designate you will be responsible for sales, operations, delivering key projects, product development and commercial agreements.
You should have demonstrable evidence of commercial awareness and business strategy together with a strong track record of operating in a high growth business in a challenging and competitive environment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader within the lighting/electrical sectors - a strategic thinker with strong technical, presentation and negotiation skills. You should have strong interpersonal influencing skills, able to engage at all levels both internally and externally.
