Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Dunmow, UK
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of electrical projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, while maintaining accurate records.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in electrical project management, preferably within the compliance testing or remedial/projects sector.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance standards, including EICRs, emergency lighting, and electrical installations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management are desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
