Senior IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer
A top-tier client of ours is on the lookout for a sharp, hands-on Support Engineer to join their experienced tech team. If you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems and being part of impactful IT projects, this could be a great fit.
You'll be based in Colchester, providing day-to-day support to users while also contributing to a wide range of projects built around Microsoft and cloud-based platforms.
Your day-to-day:
- Supporting and managing systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and general security tools
- Working on technical projects, from upgrades to cloud migrations
- Acting as a go-to for 2nd/3rd line support issues
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role
- Is keen to grow their skills in Azure, AD, and Microsoft cloud services
- Can work independently in a technical and fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is based in the UK, eligible to work, and able to pass a security check
Having worked in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
