We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Witney. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Due to continued growth, the team is looking for someone who can assist with essential administrative tasks, including booking customers onto training courses, raising invoices and credit notes, managing petty cash, and handling business payments and invoices.
While full training will be provided, candidates with bookkeeping experience and an AAT qualification will be at an advantage.
Key Requirements:
_ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
_ Strong communication and customer service skills
_ Calendar management experience
_ Confidence handling email and phone enquiries
_ Good standard of English, Maths and ICT
_ Excellent time management and organisational skills
_ A proactive and team-focused attitude
_ Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Desirable Skills:
. AAT qualification
. Experience with SAGE, Xero or Oracle
. Background in educational administration
. Database management experience
. Ability to process payments and take minutes
. Stock control and stationery ordering
. Coordinating staff training
