Customer Service Executive
Near Witney


We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a good client of ours.You will be working 37 hours per week, Mon- Thurs 8.30 – 5pm and Fri 8.30-4.30pm. The salary is £22,900, increasing to £24,000 after probation with a further £2000 discretionary annual bonus which is paid out on a quarterly basis.
This is a growing manufacturing company, that has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years. They have progressed from the UK to also having sites globally. The role is based at the company’s head office, with excellent facilities for the employees and on-site parking, including electric hook ups keeping in line with their ethos of sustainability.
It is a family run company, that despite their expansion has retained that family feel. They like to invest in employees and develop them within their careers and the organisation.
We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, enjoys talking to people and can be proactive with their workload. Working as part of a small close-knit team, you would receive full training and support. You should want to give great customer service and be looking for a long-term position.

Customer Service Executive duties (to include but not exhaustive)
  • Order processing with accuracy and speed
  • Provide excellent customer relationship management and go the extra mile with the service you provide.
  • Give technical information on products/offer alternative products or upsell where necessary whilst understanding the clients’ requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints amicably/professionally and with empathy.
