The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a highly reputable company who are looking for a skilled and driven Residential Surveyor and Valuer to join their team. You will specialise in conducting RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and non-lending RICS Valuations for residential properties situated across Oxfordshire and its adjacent regions.

If you are passionate about property, possess a keen eye for detail, and hold accreditation as an AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS then this role might just be for you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 2 Homebuyer reports and non-lending RICS Valuations for private clients on residential properties.
• Produce detailed survey/valuation reports following inspections.
• Conduct thorough property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.???
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Experience

• The applicant must have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation with a minimum of2 yearsof experience post-qualification.
• Applicant must have a good knowledge of residential building defects and valuations.
• Applicant must have good IT/computer skills.
• A full driving license is a must due to the nature of the role
