Witney- 30,000-32,000
Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their company headquarters in Witney. This position is office based, Monday -Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4.30. They are paying a salary of 30,000-32,000 dependent on experience. Many of the team have been employees for years and this company believes in progression from within and supporting your career.
They are a market leading, manufacturer within the UK and have strategic partnerships with other key global suppliers. This is a fast-paced team needing someone who enjoys sales, has a strong focus, the ability to absorb product knowledge, perform well and give gold star customer service.
The ideal Account Manager will have excellent communication skills and be a practical thinker who can solve problems. Previous experience in Account Management or Sales would be an advantage and an understanding of a mechanical or electrical industries would be beneficial.
Account Manager tasks to include (but not exclusive)
- Handling incoming sales calls, make product recommendations, provide quotes, cross sell and upsell to maximise sales.
- Trouble shoot product issues for clients via phone
- Follow up warm leads and quotations to covert to sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Attend trade shows where required
