The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be deeply involved in various construction sectors, including retail, education, residential, and commercial. The role demands a professional adept at managing all aspects of project development, from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Foster company growth by maintaining and developing both repeat and new client relationships.
Oversee the design team, focusing on risk and value management.
Manage a variety of day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ensuring project efficiency and effectiveness.

The Construction Project Manager

A degree in Construction or Project Management.
Membership in a relevant professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB or similar) is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a Construction Consultancy setting.
Ideally, experience working on projects across several construction sectors.
An entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset, capable of bringing innovative solutions to the table.
