Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing a comprehensive compliance monitoring system for all airport departments.
• Conducting regular internal and external audits to identify and address any compliance gaps.
• Managing the response to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) oversight and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Delivering compliance training to staff and promoting a culture of safety.
• Streamlining audit processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Championing the company's change management process and ensuring its proper implementation.
• Monitoring airside operations, including third-party suppliers, for adherence to regulations.
• Providing insightful reports on airport performance and recommending improvements for continued compliance.
• Staying updated on CAA regulations and advising management on potential impacts.
• Collaborating with the Safety and Security Manager on incident investigations.
• Maintaining document control procedures and safeguarding the airport environment.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of aerodrome operations and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving compliance in an aviation environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong focus on detail and a commitment to safety.
• Experience working with the CAA or other regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Experience in delivering training programs.
