The Advocate is partnered with a key player in the UK healthcare sector.  With a reputation for clinical quality, and end to end service they have grown to operate over 30 long term contracts providing their service to over 400,000 users. 

Looking for a Service Centre manager, that is driven by a high level of success and quality whilst being accountable for the contracts in the area as well as delivering quality outcomes and performance across the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational targets align with business and customer needs.
  • Lead as Service Centre Manager with authority over decisions.
  • Support critical business outcomes and IT system improvements.
  • Address financial challenges promptly and implement solutions.
  • Assess site performance, recommend enhancements, and implement new requirements.
  • Develop and communicate best practices to improve operations.
  • Foster employee development and minimize turnover through effective leadership.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and prepare management reports.
  • Cultivate customer relationships, participate in meetings, and optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, and enforce company policies and legislative requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and team development.
  • Strong decision-making skills, especially in impactful situations.
  • Self-driven with a focus on quality and profitability.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Customer service experience and ability.
  • Experienced in managing people and change processes.
  • Budgeting and financial systems knowledge.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of the industry and systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in relevant IT applications.
