We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Carpenter Multi to join our Clients responsive maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a flexible approach, and the ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. This role involves providing responsive maintenance and void property works, as well as gas heating maintenance, both in hours and as part of a call-out rota.

• Maintain high client satisfaction through the delivery of maintenance and repair services, ensuring a controlled and safe environment.
• Work effectively and in a timely manner, balancing constantly changing priorities.
• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related to repair requests.
• Ensure the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
• Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.
• Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Keep the customer updated with progress and plans.
• Undertake all work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible.
• Maintain tools, plant, and equipment in a safe, clean, and workable condition.
• Maintain accurate records of works undertaken with photographic evidence as necessary.

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
• Competent in at least 2 other secondary skills.
• Over 3 years of trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector.
• Good knowledge of residential Building Regulations.
• Experience in kitchen installations - 1st & 2nd Fix.
• Previous experience of fire door installation (desirable).
• Previous experience of Laminate fitting (desirable).
• Full current driving licence.
• A DBS check is required before commencement of the role.
