We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager who is eager to apply their accounting knowledge in a unique and engaging way, focusing on enhancing client relationships and driving business growth through insightful financial management and analysis.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage actively with clients to identify areas where enhanced accounting services can add value, such as through regular financial management reporting and analysis.
  • Highlight key business areas that may be restricting growth, under-utilising resources, or have potential for profitable expansion.
  • Promote the role of the accountant as a crucial, integrated part of the client's business, providing necessary data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Work towards positioning the practice as a trusted business advisor and advocate for business owners, thereby increasing the Lifetime Value of the client to the practice.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients both in person and through preferred communication methods.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and conduct analysis of additional services to benefit clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively presenting and discussing complex financial topics with clients.
  • Comfortable with preparing detailed financial proposals and analyses.
