Our client based in Woking are seeking a Systems and Operations Coordinator to join their team for at least 3 months. In this role you will be responsible for providing user support through the customer service team, this role requires someone who is technically minded with excellent customer service skills. Duties:
- Maintain and improve data systems
- Log, monitor and repair system bugs
- Manage workflow scripts
- Manage administrative duties such as creating and updating templates
- Update information and general administration of the website pages
- Explain system to colleagues when required
- Support in delivering training to colleagues
- Handle system faults and provide timely updates to colleagues
- Support with any upcoming projects
Requirements:
- Technically minded with experience providing customer service support to users
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to clearly explain resoloutions to end users
- Experience in working with CRM systems
- Confident user of Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
