Job Title: Soft Landscaper.

Salary: Up to £30K.

Location: Chobham.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our multi award-winning company as a Soft Landscaper. This is an important role within the Construction division of our business, working with the soft landscaping team to bring design-led horticultural visions to life.

The successful candidate will need to be dynamic, positive and highly motivated. They will also be a collaborative team worker, able to take direction, whilst ensuring the delivery of consistent quality work in line with project specifications and deadlines.

The candidate will need to support the Soft Landscaping Foreman, as well as working cooperatively with hard landscaping colleagues, designers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•Actioning site design plans to ensure the horticultural elements are delivered as prescribed

•Maintaining and managing all horticultural elements on site to ensure sustained good health

•Turfing and its maintenance

•Tree planting - working alongside specialists where required

Requirements for the role include, but are not limited to:

•Recognised horticultural qualification with the ability to demonstrate good plant knowledge - this is a strong preference, but not essential if experience is proven

•Driving licence as sites may not be accessible via public transport

•CSCS card

•Competent in using the appropriate power tools where required

•Certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6)

•Good awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedure
