2x Roles - Compliance Surveyor & Disrepair Surveyor

My client based in Surrey is looking to appoint to two positions:

Compliance Surveyor

• Ensure full compliance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012 & ACOPL8 Legionella management.
• Domestic, Commercial (pavilion) experience.
• Previously worked within a Local Authority/Social Housing compliance setting.

Damp & Mould/Disrepair Surveyor

• To undertake surveys in customer's homes, where damp, mould or disrepair has been reported.
• Diagnose the cause of damp/mould/condensation and the required rectification works.
• To agree changes with contractors as required during the progress of the works.

Contract Length: 3-6 Months.

Rate: 28-32 Negotiable DOE.

Working Pattern: Hybrid.
