Are you available immediately and looking for a varied warehouse role? Our client is a independent local business and seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their well-established team and play a pivotal role in their operations. If you are looking for a role that offers the opportunity to work across administration, driving and warehouse this could be the opportunity for you!
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound stock
- Use the computer software to register and track materials, ensuring a seamless operations
- Take charge of warehouse inventory and ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Work towards compliance and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Handle loading, unloading, and delivery of products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
- Ad-hoc driving for deliveries when required
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office packages
- Previous experience in a warehouse role
- Maintain brilliant customer service skills
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hold a full clean driving license, ready to deliver to customers
- A forklift license would be preferred, but not a deal-breaker
