Our client is a fantastic events and conference facility based within beautiful grounds in Berkshire. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Assistant with a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This role calls for 45 hours per week with weekends and bank holiday shifts worked on a rota system.
Due to the location of this role, you must be a driver.
Duties
- Assisting with set up of the beautiful bar area in accordance with the function requirements, ensuring that the bar area is clean and organised throughout the event.
- Preparation of beverages to the highest standards, showing off your mixology skills and ability to make exciting alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations to keep guests and colleagues safe.
- Prioritising guest experience, upselling and exceeding expectations at all times.
- Working closely with and supporting colleagues, staying on brand and keeping standards high.
- Ensuring that stock levels are maintained, mindful of upcoming events and requirements.
- Perform all duties in adherence to all company standards and policy
