Bookkeeper

Reed Practice are supporting a local Accountancy Firm seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. 

Working within an independent firm of Chartered Accountants providing core accounting services to a range of clients from start-ups, owner managed businesses and private clients, to large corporates and international businesses in the Thames Valley, my client is seeking a self-motivated candidate to join their thriving team.

This role will report to the Senior Associates and be responsible for the following:

Bookkeeping

Preparing VAT returns

Drafting management accounts

Performing account reconciliations

Communicating effectively with clients

This role would be best suited to an AAT qualified or studying candidate with at least 1years experience of working within an Accountancy Practice. Experience using Xero would be beneficial but not essential.
