We are looking for an Assistant Night Manager for our superb new Crowne Plaza Reading East
The brand new hotel has 174 stunning new bedrooms, a Crowne Plaza Events Centre with 8 conference/banqueting suites for up to 280 in the largest suite, Esprit Wellness & Spa facilities with 19m indoor pool, large Life Fitness Gym, Sauna and Steam room and5spa treatment rooms,and the new 2 AA Caprice restaurant and Monty's Bar & Lounge with resident pianist.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the following :-
undertaking the night audit using the Opera; PMS
checking in and checking out guests;
preparation and delivery of a limited room service menu;
supervising the night cleaner;
ensuring the safety and well being of hotel guests;
Previous experience in a branded hotel environment as a night supervisor/ assistant night manager is preferred
Ideal candidates should have the following attributes :-
1. You should have an outgoing personality and a strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills and a great team spirit
3. A ‘Can do’ attitude
