Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:
We require an agile and data-driven approach to achieving a significant sales target through eraprotect.com and Amazon. This growth will come from our smart security door and window handle products. To make this happen, we need a growth marketing specialist to complement our existing team, focused on driving revenue through innovative digital marketing activity.
What will you be doing:
- Engineer product-enabled growth marketing to elevate our market impact. This includes working closely with the Product ad Marketing Teams on profiling the customers and building customised campaigns.
- Execute captivating viral marketing campaigns via our app and website to deliver tangible revenue growth.
- Craft compelling content to establish thought leadership. Working closely with business leaders in this space and creating text and video content.
- Establish robust, scalable processes for experimentation and measurement.
- Working closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to create effective growth marketing campaigns that achieve set goals.
What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding and application of core viral marketing principles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling apps from zero users to achieving substantial adoption and growth.
- Quick-thinking and unafraid to generate and explore new ideas.
- Exhibit genuine passion for uncovering growth opportunities within your realm of expertise.
- Possess adept learning capabilities, extracting insights from experimental data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of GDPR and relevant advertising and marketing standards to ensure compliance
