We're on the lookout for four enthusiastic Field Service Engineers to join our team in BGL Park, Peterborough. What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, including compact road sweepers, truck mount sweepers, spreaders, and airport support machinery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting efficient maintenance and repairs on our range of equipment, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Completing vehicle warranty work as needed and managing all associated paperwork with precision.
- Coordinating work issued by the Service Desk, maximising workflow efficiency.
- Promoting our products, parts, and services to both existing and new customers.
- Conducting courtesy visits to customers when required to ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting to the Service Desk throughout the day to keep them informed of your activities.
- Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota and being flexible with your work location, which may involve occasional nights away from home.
- Collaborating in workshops in Peterborough or Glasgow as required.
Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience in heavy plant engineering, LGV engineering, agricultural engineering, materials handling equipment engineering, or the automotive industry.
- A solid understanding of the repair and maintenance of internal combustion engines, hydraulic systems, and auto-electrical systems.
- The ability to carry out technical repairs on high-value capital products.
- A positive customer-focused attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
- A clean driving licence (HGV licence is a plus).
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- A competitive annual salary ranging from 35,000 to 39,000, commensurate with experience.

Location: Offices in Peterborough but we need to cover - West Midlands (Wolverhampton area). The south ideally one east M25, one south M25
