Key Responsibilities:
" Assembling joints.
" Finishing tasks such as sanding and applying patterns.
" Priming painting surfaces.
" Installing hardwood lipping's and rebates.
" Treating hardwood lipping's with Osmo.
" Matching, sizing, and cutting veneers.
" Sanding door faces and veneers.
" Installing glazing and window beads.
" Checking specification sheets for required ironmongery.
" Installing ironmongery.
" Pre-hanging doors in the workshop prior to dispatch to ensure a perfect fit on site.
" Familiarizing yourself with upcoming jobs.
" Identifying and addressing potential discrepancies to prevent manufacturing delays.
" Regularly reviewing and checking sizes and specifications against the product being worked on to avoid errors early in the process.
