Description
Playing an integral part of the HR function, the role of People Engagement and Internal Communication Manager is a varied and exciting role, you will play an essential part in supporting the People agenda by designing, delivering and executing the People Engagement and Communication strategy to a diverse workforce.
This will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies and campaigns
- Engagement with a wide range of stakeholder
- Take responsibility for the employee engagement survey and subsequent communications and initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
- Plan internal campaigns such as ED&I/CSR/Mental health awareness initiatives
- Work closely with the HR team to communicate HR policies and updates
- Assist with Reward and Recognition initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement activities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistency in internal messaging
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.
You will demonstrate creative and innovative People Engagement initiatives alongside the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships.
