Role: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Midlands

We are a West Midlands based building services company who have been established for 40 years, proving Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Gas Services across the Midlands.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting heavily for experienced Electrical Manager to join our team.
Role:
- Oversee daily operations of the electrical projects team.
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide training as needed.
- Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
- Supervise electrical installations
- Ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the availability of materials and services.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Qualification requirements:
- Electrically qualified
- SSSTS
- Previous experience in a similar role
