REED Business Support are alongside a highly progressive company to support them with a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join their growing business.

The role is a Customer Service Administrator to support their Fleet maintenance team.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with inbound calls to support customers with vehicle breakdowns 
  • Co ordinate service bookings and MOT's
  • Invoicing and credit control 
  • Booking in and schedule warranty repairs.
  • Obtaining Purchase orders for damage charges
  • Process & raise estimates for vehicle damage charged.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a previous role, and excellent customer service and planning skills.

Salary £24,000 p/a

Benefits 

25 days holiday Pension Free onsite parking

Working hours 

Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm
