We are currently recruiting passionate and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join us for September on either a day to day or long-term basis. Whether you're eager to experience a variety of SEND schools through supply teaching or find that one perfect school to settle into, Empowering Learning has the opportunities for you.

To apply for this ECT role, you will need:

  • Currently completing a QTS qualification or equivalent teacher training program.
  • Have effective and creative behaviour management strategies.
  • Have experience working with needs such as autism and complex needs.
  • valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate registered on the update service or issued within the last 12 months.
  • Experience working in a school or teaching/tutoring
  • Provide a reference from one placement.
