  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills to enable strong bond to be built with the pupils.
  • Commitment to promoting the safety and wellbeing of pupils.
  • Passion for education and a dedication to providing the best education possible to all students.
  • Previous experience of working with children, or in a school setting, advantageous but not essential.
The RoleAs a Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting the year 6 teacher in the planning and delivering of lessons. You will have strong bonds with the children and will monitor their progress; this knowledge will be utilised to adapt learning materials to accommodate the unique needs of each individual student as they prepare for their SATs examinations.
