The Role - Facilities Maintenance Electrician
Duties will involve:
- Supporting the facilities maintenance activities and upkeep of the facility
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work
- Supporting non-routine work such as building life cycle activities or changes to the building
- Escorting contractors as required
- Inspecting sub-contractor work and ensuring corrective actions are followed up
- Completing job sheets
Your Background - Facilities Maintenance Electrician
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Electrical competence
- Previous facilities maintenance experience including electrical, ventilation and BMS
- Practical knowledge of health and safety including safe systems of work, COSHH, risk assessments and lone working
- Completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship or an equivalent City & Guilds electrical qualification
