Finance Administrator | Wolverhampton | Circa £25,000 | Hybrid Working
Immediate start available for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established business in the Wolverhampton area. This role requires the candidate to have good attention to detail and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Seymour John are thrilled to be working in partnership with a well-established business in the Wolverhampton area that has seen significant growth in recent years.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties will include:
- Producing weekly B2B sales invoices on sage using stock system and send out or submit on various portals as needed
- Producing weekly B2C sales invoices on sage using customer portals
- Raising sales credit notes on sage as needed
- Processing & matching purchase invoices on sage monthly and reconciling to supplier statements for key suppliers
- Weekly Bank and key account reconciliations
- Creating purchase orders as needed on sage
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with candidates who have good organisational skills and are capable of working efficiently to meet deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role is required. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-established business and there is also study support on offer for those that are looking to complete an accounting qualification. Immediate start would be preferred.
