Role Overview – Assembly & Test Team Leader
Our leading client are looking for an established Assembly & Test Team Leader to join their team within their Wolverhampton based facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining smooth production processes, high product specifications, and meeting deadlines to achieve production schedules.
Key Responsibilities - Assembly & Test Team Leader
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and guidelines in daily operations.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of highly skilled technicians to achieve challenging goals.
- Coordinate the strengths and skills of team members to effectively meet business and customer demands.
- Ensure product quality aligns with quality systems, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee resolution of problems within multiple sections of the business
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet delivery targets.
Key Experience & Requirements – Assembly & Test Team Leader
- Apprentice trained or similar within an engineering discipline.
- Exposure to Continual Improvement projects.
- Understanding of working within quality management systems.
- Previous team leader experience is advantageous.
- Lean Principles familiarity.
- Experience within an assembly related position.
- High level of analytical skills
