We are seeking a Legal Administrator to provide essential support to the Legal team and the wider legal and corporate governance department. The successful candidate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and management of commercial and corporate contracts and processes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Provide compliance and legal administration support to the Company Secretary.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and protect the company’s interests.
  • Analyse legal provisions and propose suitable amendments.
  • Conduct legal research and document findings comprehensively.
  • Assist with regulatory developments to ensure business processes comply with relevant requirements.
  • Support Business Units in identifying legal requirements and developing processes and controls.
  • Enforce record management policies and coordinate file and database management.
  • Maintain the contract repository with up-to-date information.
  • Complete compliance-related tasks using corporate software tools.
  • Assess business requests and coordinate with internal or external legal resources as necessary.
  • Manage and file Group’s intercompany service agreements.
  • Update and maintain corporate data in the Corporate Dataroom and data management system.
  • Assist with drafting and management of intercompany service agreements.
  • Advise stakeholders on policy-related queries and maintain systems for managing key tasks.
  • Track compliance with governance policies and support education on policy content.
  • Respond to email queries and calls relevant to the role.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Legal/Company Secretarial team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in legal administration, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisPSL.
  • Strong understanding of legal provisions, contract drafting, and review.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using corporate software tools and databases.
