CV Screen is recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturing company. The role is office based in Wolverhampton and a salary of up to £36,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
You will be required to carry out installation work on machinery and within the factory and any maintenance work on bay lighting and other electrical services.

All actions need to be carried out in a safe and professional manor, reporting to supervisors, and filling out daily shift reports and other necessary paperwork.

SHIFT PATTERNS: (Based on 40 hours)

Week1:

6am-2pm Mon-Fri

Week 2:

8pm-6am Mon-Thurs + £1 p/h antisocial allowance.

Week 3:

1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri

You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays as well as additional overtime to cover any annual leave.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have the majority of the following experience:

- Previous experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Completed apprenticeship/time served or any other relevant qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering would be preferred

- Previous heavy industrial work experience

- Experience of slitting/decoiling machines would be an advantage

- Driving licence preferred but not essential

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £36,000
