The Training:

• One to one training on product specific manufacturing
• Teachings on lean manufacturing

The Role:

• Oversee production within the factory working to streamline processes
• Assist with hands on production of bespoke products
• Liaise with management and offer solutions to identified problems
• Maintain health and safety throughout the factory
• Strategise to streamline production rates and cost effectiveness
• Received one to one training on bespoke design and hands on practices

• Experience in a production environment
