Our client is looking for a confident and capable PA/Administrator to join their team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the team

  • Assisting with accounts tasks and financial administration

  • Preparing documents, reports, and brochures

  • Keeping property portals updated and records neatly organised

  • Answering calls and emails, offering a friendly and professional first point of contact

  • Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Maintaining both digital and paper filing systems

  • Helping with marketing materials and team coordination



What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative role within a professional setting

  • Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage your own workload
