Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire (HQ)

Permanent (Hybrid/Remote)

Hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm

Salary: Circa £60K Per annum.

Marketing Events Manager required to join a luxury automotive brand based in Daventry on a permanent basis, offering a competitive market salary, and hybrid/Remote working.

Our client is an automotive luxury brand, with a global reputation for bespoke restorations. Working with some of the most iconic designs, using modern engineering, this company is one of a kind and their diligence is second to none.

There are no shortcuts to achieve excellence. Our client is in a rapid growth stage so the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication and event management and charisma to ensure the business maintains it’s course and is the topic of conversation.

The Marketing Events Manager will execute both new and established marketing events within the UK and other international markets. The role will be responsible for delivering events in a way that aligns with the company’s attention to detail, and culture. Your role will be varied, bringing a fresh, modern edge to every event, captivating all who attend and keeping the brand at the forefront of luxury automotive experiences.

The Marketing Events Manager will use their entrepreneurial spirit and be hands on forging connections with taste-makers, partners and collaborators. An understanding of how to deliver events for an ultra-high-net-worth clientele, and the impact of good marketing is required.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Events Manager:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of automotive events, from concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for each guest. This will range from marquee events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed to exclusive client dinners, driving events and factory visits.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to create event activities that are executed with the correct attention to detail.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event opportunities and drive mutual benefits.
  • Utilise data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and optimise future events.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance event offerings.
  • Develop relationships with partners and collaborators in key markets.
  • Work with the Sales & Client Experience Team to assess events opportunities.
  • Reflect the values of the company brand in all customer and internal interactions.

The required education/experience for the Marketing Events Manager:

  • Experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry.
  • Be able to demonstrate successful execution of such events in one or more of North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
  • Specific experience delivering marketing events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields desired
  • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
  • Strong organisational and collaboration skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently within and across departments.
  • Prior experience in rapid growth environment

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am –17:00pm (Hybrid/Remote)
