We’re hiring for an Electrical Assembler to join a leading electronics manufacturer based in Bredbury, Stockport. You’ll be joining a large production area working alongside a team of assemblers and you’ll need to be capable of completing the assembly and sub-assembly of electrical components to a high standard.
What’s on offer?
- £11.50 per hour (first 4-weeks while training - rising to £12.00)
- Overtime paying £15.00 per hour
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm / Friday 2:00 pm finish
- 30 days holiday
- Free onsite parking
What will you be doing as an Electrical Assembler?
- Working as part of an assembly team to manufacture electrical devices
- Working with small and large components ensuring all parts are connected and working correctly and have no faults
- Testing & collaborating products using a range of bespoke processes; PC based, mechanical & manual operated equipment
What do you need?
- Previous experience working in production
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths & English
- Good organisational skills, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
What’s nice to have?
- Previous experience within electrical assembler
- NVQ Level 3 or higher
