- £40,000 – £45,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE £60,000+)
- Sourcing and identifying new business opportunities across key sectors
- Engaging decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking
- Managing your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Prioritising quality over quantity
- Keeping accurate records of your pipeline and forecasting via CRM and internal systems
- £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure (OTE £60,000+ in year one)
- 5–8 hours of structured coaching and development weekly — including 1-2-1 and group sessions
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 30)
- Hybrid working after probation (initial 6 months in-office, then 3 days office / 2 remote)
- Working hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 08:30–16:30 (30-minute lunch)
