Email Marketing Manager - Remote role.

We have a fab, rather one-off role for an Email Marketing Manager to join an established B2C organisation and the role is 100% remote.

These guys were 100% remote pre covid, so this is set! Naturally, if you wish to spend time in the office, you can.

The role has autonomy to own and deliver the end to end email marketing process for the business. It’s a really nice grown up environment where the marketing team do pull together and also have freedom to operate and deliver their role.

  • Circa £35k (negotiable)
  • 100% remote
  • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) bookable in hours, making it super flexible
  • Option to buy and sell annual leave to suit your personal needs
  • Wellbeing Allowance
  • Access to our online platform for e-learning resources, hundreds of retail discounts, cycle to work scheme and car scheme

Headlines for fit

  • Hands on email end to end experience, most likely minimum of 2 years
  • Creative copywriting skills with excellent English to support output
  • Competent evidence with Klaviyo or similar ie Mailchip etc
  • Strong analytical & insight skills

Typical activities to demonstrate:-

  • Create and execute an email plan to hit the business objectives
  • Create email messaging that is relevant to targeted audiences, aligned with the brand, and kept clear and concise
  • Create email flows for upsell, cross sell and new users
  • Liaise with email marketing agency on best practice
  • Be confident and up to date with email law & GDPR
  • Monitor deliverability and spam metrics
  • Report on the revenue and engagement performance of all email campaigns

This is a good business, the role offers tremendous opportunity for the right individual who has a real passion for email marketing.
